Max Lu is the Executive Director of CL Family Consulting LLC, a registered investment adviser based in Lexington, MA. Prior to founding CL Family Consulting, Mr. Lu was an Investment Banker in New York City, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions. He graduated with distinction from the SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell University.

Neil Schoenblum is the Founder and President of Preservation Trust Company (PTC). He is responsible for the administration of trust accounts for high-net-worth clients at (PTC). Mr. Schoenblum provides expert advice and counsel to KEDP Global and its clients in a manner that ensures compliance with legal requirements specific to trusts administered in Nevada. He received his B.A. from Northwestern University summa cum laude and his J.D. from Cornell Law School, where he served as the Managing Editor of the Cornell Law Review.

Daniel F. Hayward is a Director at Gordon, Fournaris & Mammarella, a Delaware-based law firm. Mr. Hayward’s practice focuses on the unique aspects of Delaware trust law including directed trusts, dynasty trusts, asset protection trusts and all aspects of the validity, construction and administration of Delaware trusts. He received his law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 2006, and received his LL.M. in Taxation from the Villanova University School of Law in 2015. He is a member of the Delaware Bar Association and also a member of the Estates and Trusts Section, of which he served as Chair during 2015-2016.

Cynthia D. M. Brown is the President of CTC, a Delaware trust company, and a member of its Board of Directors. Ms. Brown has more than fifteen years of experience in the areas of trust administration, estate planning and tax. Her responsibilities include business development as well as oversight of trust administration, trust operations and compliance. She received her law degree from Widener University School of Law

Gene Tu is a partner with Orion Law Group LLP, a law firm based in City of Industry, CA. Mr. Tu is licensed to practice law in both California and The District of Columbia (Washington D.C.) as well as the United States Federal Courts. He has over 18 years of legal experience in areas such as immigration, business/corporate, litigation, estate planning, and technology related issues.

Peter H. Kingman is the President at the Nevada Trust Company. Prior to founding NTC, he held various management and executive positions during a 20-year career with Northern Trust Company in Chicago, New York and London. He is presently Trustee and Treasurer of the Desert Wetlands Conservancy, Las Vegas, and Advisory Director and member of the Endowment Committee, Personnel Committee, and Finance Committee for the Nevada Ballet Theatre. He received his Master of Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
